The Digital Marketing Specialist / Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships through the effective execution of marketing plans. Account Managers are responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of work among a network of clients and affiliates to meet client goals and objectives, including retention and growth of accounts. Interpersonal communication, analytical and technical skills, along with problem-solving abilities are a must for this role. Tribeca Marketing Group is seeking someone who is passionate, diligent, detailed, team-player and results driven. You must be technology savvy and totally fluent in the “client first” approach.   • Passion for Digital Marketing: Able to create and execute a successful marketing strategy by client to achieve the client’s goals. Have knowledge in digital marketing campaigns; including pay-per-click advertising, social media and lead generation initiatives.
  • Results-Driven Strategist: Critical thinking skills to understand performance analytics and interpret data into meaningful insight/actionable next steps.
  • Reporting & Analysis savvy: ability to produce reporting using data to present outcomes and projections to the client and internal teams. Strong analytical perspective and ability to communicate outcomes of the report on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Confident & Persuasive Leader:  Possesses an innate ability to present new ideas with a sound rationale, while establishing and sustaining credibility/trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Master Communicator: Consensus-building and negotiation skills should be second nature, along with the ability to develop well-written and accurate documentation that serves to interpret client needs and translate them into specific directives.
  • Committed to Flawless Execution: Focused on quality and detail, while mindful of time-to-implement. Taking proposed strategies and executing them accordingly.
  • Review and monitor lead flow daily to ensure we are meeting our expected budget and KPI’s by client and company goals.
  • Work with teams to define and execute client marketing objectives, campaigns, and budgets. Provide insight on conversions to the teams to ensure all campaigns are achieving the best results.
  • Assisting Business Development team by providing projections and estimates on potential new campaigns, including research of competitive paid search landscape
  • New client onboarding: successful implementation with all internal teams to client satisfaction.


  • 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to take the lead on projects.
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and highly comfortable in overseeing metrics-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Capable of communicating internally and coordinating with multiple departments.
  • Must have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently. Must thrive in a dynamic, evolving and fast-moving environment.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Web savvy, understanding of the Internet, search, and website usability.
  • Web content/SEO/PPC experience with Google Analytics and/or AdWords exposure (is a plus)
